Find Debtor/Account Button

The Button is used to search the CollectMax database to locate a Debtor. Selecting will cause a window to be displayed that will allow for search criteria selection.

Users can find debtors by the following methods:

Option Buttons

 use to find accounts recently accessed.

 use to add a new Account.

  provides for specific search criteria on different fields.

 use to resume working in a worklist.

 use to view inactive accounts and to color code closed accounts in some list.

use for normal or quick transaction access.
